BANKS ST ALDERLEY ARCHITECTUAL
The vision the client had on this build was put into fruition between the architect and KL building projects. The KL team’s precision was delivered on the timber work and detail on this one-of-a-kind build. This 5bed, 4bathroom house has 3 levels. Bottom level with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Laundry and rumpus leading onto back deck with a plunge pool. 2nd level has kitchen, 2 x living areas and 1 x bathroom. 3rd level consists of master bedroom with ensuite.
